There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, it allows you to view your balance online and get a statement of what you've spent and when you've spent it. Even more usefully, it protects your balance if your Ted Baker E- Gift Card is lost or stolen.

You can redeem your Ted Baker E-Gift Card at Ted Baker standalone or outlet stores in the UK only. Unfortunately, Ted Baker E-Gift Cards may not be used to make purchases:

a) in department stores;

b) in other concessions; or

c) in any stores outside of the UK.

Effective from the 20th of July 2023, due to some planned website improvements, we regret to inform you that Ted Baker Gift Cards are temporarily not able to be redeemed online.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of improvement.

You can check your balance online here (requires registration) or by calling 0345 450 2484 and selecting option 2 from the menu.

You can top-up your Ted Baker E-Gift Card in any Ted Baker standalone or outlet store in the UK.

The maximum value you can add onto your Ted Baker E-Gift Card is £250. At the other end of the scale, the minimum amount you can top-up your Ted Baker E-Gift Card with is £10.

Ted Baker E-Gift Cards expire 24 months from date of purchase. Following expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and you will not be able to reclaim the lost funds even if your Ted Baker E-Gift Card has been registered.

You won't be given any physical change, but the remaining balance on your Ted Baker E-Gift Card can be used against future purchases. So don't worry you won't lose out.

You can report your E-Gift Card as lost online here or by calling 0345 450 2484. If you have registered your Ted Baker E-Gift Card, we will honour the balance on the lost card and send you an email containing a replacement Ted Baker E-Gift card within 3 hours after you have reported it as lost. If you haven’t registered your Ted Baker E-Gift Card, then unfortunately we will not be able to send a replacement Ted Baker E-Gift Card and any balance will be lost.

Unfortunately not. Ted Baker E-Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
